Shipping
For international orders, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and shipping. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. International Orders will be sent with DHL Express. Most orders will be received within 3 days of placing the order.

UAE Free Shipping is Next Day. We also offer 30 Minute Delivery in Dubai, when selected at checkout.

UK Delivery is Next Day Delivery, if order is placed before 2pm.

Gulf Delivery is 2-3 Days.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition.

To start a return, please email us at support@khwaab.net with your order number and reason for returns.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
