Shipping
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and shipping. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. International Orders will be sent with DHL Express (1-4 days). UAE Shipping is Next Day. Next Day UK Delivery is also available at checkout.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition.
To start a return, please email us at support@khwaab.net with your order number and reason for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. For returned orders, a $10 fee will apply to UAE orders and a $25 fee for international orders to cover return shipping fees.
